MAINTENCE
Greasing of ball bearing should be done once in a month with grease gun.
It requires about 1kg grease per month.
Chain lubrication is to be done with gear oil, once in a week and it requires about 250ml. approximately, per month.
GUARANTEE
The sheeting battery is Guaranteed against defect in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
OPERATION MANUAL
- Pipeline point of water should be connected with the machine for spraying water over the sheeting process.
- Drainage facility should be provided for draining the waste water.
- Switch on the motor mounted on the machine.
- The feed the latex coagulum to the front side of the machine by holding both side of the coagulum with hands giving a curved shape in front side.
- After passing through smooth and grooved roller, rubbed sheets can be received at the other side of the machine. The wash the sheet in clean water and hang it for drip dry.
- Clean the machine with sufficient water to remove the dirt and acid particles and allow to dry.
- Input and output ratio is provided along with the required inclination for easy movements of wet coagulum.
